The Ritz-Carlton Kyoto exceeded my expectations with its understated elegance and really good service. From the moment I arrived, the staff ensured I felt valued and pampered. The luxurious rooms and amazing views of Kyoto added to the experience, although there were minor hiccups during check-in and checkout. Overall, it was an lovely stay! 🌸✨
